The Cape Vincent Local Development Corporation is an engaged partner with local leadership, acting to attract investment that preserves and enhances quality of life in our community.
The new waterfront design will celebrate Cape Vincent’s deep French heritage and agrarian roots, while tastefully integrating features such as boating facilities, a splash pad, memorial gardens with a water feature, and an event lawn with stadium seating.

Tibbetts Point Shoreline
Prior to the formation of the CVLDC, the Town of Cape Vincent secured the funds necessary to repair areas of the Tibbetts Point shoreline that suffer from erosion.
Village Improvements
There are many exciting improvements planned for the village. These include upgrades to Esseltyne and East End Park docks, Real Street and Point Street seawalls, and many others.
